New Triumph Street Triple arrives in dealers

Triumph’s new Street Triple is starting to arrive in UK dealers as these pictures supplied by Middlesex dealer Jack Lilley Triumph show.

Jack Lilley is among the first dealers in the country to get the new model and these images show the bikes arriving and being uncrated at the Ashford, Middlesex showroom.

Triumph has given its best-selling Street Triple range a hefty revamp with new lights identical to the bigger Speed Triple along and a series of other tweaks aimed at keeping it at the top of the class.

The new look is the first time the 675cc inline three-cylinder Street Triple has been touched by Triumph since it was launched in 2007. The bikes will cost £6,649 and £7,249 for the R version.

Mechanically there are few changes. The Street Triple keeps the same 104.5bhp inline three-cylinder motor and chassis but a raft of cosmetic changes gives it a fresher look.

Check out today’s MCN for the full detailed look at the new bike.
