Bullit Hero 50 shoots into dealers: price and spec announced

1 of 4

The Bullit Hero 50 is a scaled down version of the Belgian firm’s Hero 125 retro scrambler and it’s in dealers now priced at £2199.

The new bike adopts the same cool, café scrambler style as its big brother, but uses a 16-year-old friendly 50cc, twin-cam four-stroke engine. It may only put out a claimed 5.5bhp (unrestricted) but with a weight of just 121kg, that should be enough to zip around town.

You also get aluminium spoked rims, USD forks and monoshock rear suspension. The minimalist design is finished off with chunky tyres and a twin-port, high-level exhaust. The Hero is available in the matte grey shown here and a black/orange variant.

Henry Maplethorpe, Bullit UK Brand Manager said, “We’re really excited to unveil the Hero 50. The Hero range has always been one of our most popular models and it is great to be able to give young riders the chance to get on two wheels with a stylish and modern 50cc machine.”
