Knight dominated the event from the off, taking a total of one win and three second places across the eight rounds. He struggled to keep up with the front-runners in the road racing but put in a good show on the trials course and wrapped up the event in the MX and supermoto stages.

Enduro and supermoto rider Ady Smith was the only man to seriously challenge Knights lead but in the end finished the event 25 points behind.

Supermoto star Leighton Haigh won both of the supermoto races to take fifth place overall and British Supersport rider Tom Sykes was double victor in the road racing to end the Moto1 weekend in sixth place.
