Cadwell improvements

1 of 1

Work is underway at Cadwell Park to improve safety and the facilities at the Lincolnshire circuit.

At Hall Bends, the armco has been moved further away from the circuit, Coppice gets a new lorry tyre wall, and the Mountain section gets an armco barrier to replace the tyre wall.

The second phase of improvements to the Mountain will increase and improve the run-off area at the section after Mansfield, with all the tyre walls replaced by Armco.

Owners Motorsport Vision are also constructing a helipad and car park for the medical centre, and the marshal posts have also been improved.

“We are very focused on minimising the risk of injury and reducing the costs of expensive damage,” said Jonathan Palmer. “The work we are doing at Hall Bends will benefit everyone as both competitior and spectator will be afforded a much better view.”
