Lavilla tops qualifying

Gregorio Lavilla has set a new lap record on his way to pole position at Oulton Park British Superbikes.
The Spanish Ducati rider beat the track record by almost a second to take the top spot ahead of Virgin Yamaha rider Tommy Hill.
Ryuichi Kiyonari took third place with current champion John Reynolds taking the final place on the front row.
Glen Richards took his Kawasaki to fifth place on the grid followed by Leon Haslam, Karl Harris, and Dean Thomas.
