1 of 1

AMA Supercross legend Ricky Carmichael showed he was only human at the Dallas round of the championship on Saturday, April 21, 2006, when he had a major crash on lap five.

Carmichael led from the start of the race, heading Chad Reed and James Stewart. When Stewart briefly moved into the lead, Carmichael got crossed up and fell heavily, dropping outside the top eight. However, he was still able to remount and make up two places before the end of the race, despite a damaged Suzuki RMZ, finishing sixth.
