Brit wins Enduro title

Britain’s David Knight has won the 2006 World Enduro 3 title with victory over two days at the Slovakian GP on September 2-3, 2006.

The KTM Enduro Factory Team Farioli rider took his second consecutive title with a two minute lead ahead of his nearest rival, and topping every one of the 10 special tests.

Manxman Knight’s title was the first of the three Enduro titles to be decided, with Ivan Cervantes winning the Slovakian GP in the Enduro 1 class for KTM, and Johnny AUbert winning the Enduro 2 class for Yamaha. Jake Stapleton won the Enduro Juniors class on a TM.
