My Weston beach race

I did the Weston Beach Race for the first time this year, and raised money for the Welsh air ambulance.

Little did I know I was to break 5 ribs on the second sand dune of the first lap.

I soldiered on and completed another lap (2 in total), until i was unable to do anymore. Then I was rushed to A&E for a suspected punctured lung, but it was worth it and i will be doing it again next year.

Hopefully I will complete it next year.
