Suzuki Endurance Racing Team, had already been confirmed QMMF Endurance World Champions at Oschersleben back in September but that didn’t stop them going all out in the final round of the series in Qatar.

Vincent Phillipe and Matthieu Lagrive won the Doha Eight Hours, the final leg of the 2007 Championship, on the Suzuki Endurance Racing Team motorcycle, even though Phillipe crashed in the first four and they dropped to last on the track.

Suzuki Endurance Racing Team finished ahead of Yamaha Austria Racing Team riders Steve Martin, Igor Jerman and Damian Cudlin, and the Qatar Endurance Racing Kawasaki of Ivan Silva, Victor Carrasco and Mishel Al Naimi.

While the Suzuki Endurance Racing Team further reinforced their position at the top of the table, Yamaha Austria ended the season third overall behind Team Kawasaki France.
