Dakar: Monster Energy Honda ready to rock in Paraguay

The Monster Energy Honda Dakar squad have shown off the CRF450 machines that the five-strong squad of Paulo Goncalves, Michael Metge, Ricky Brabec, Kevin Benavides and Joan Barreda will hope to pilot to success when this year’s race kicks off tomorrow in Paraguay.

The updated machine, a prototype bike based on Honda’s standard enduro model, features improved engine performance, aerodynamic performance and durability, with Honda claiming that the main innovations from 2015’s updated machine improvements to the PGM-FI fuel injection system.
