GSE Racing’s Yamaha R1s arrive

Two of GSE Racing’s four Yamaha R1s which they’ll race in the 2009 BSB series arrived this week and MCN were there to capture the moment.

This is the first time since the team was established in 1997 that they will develop a superbike from a production road bike and as soon as the bikes were taken out the crate, the team’s technicians began stripping the bikes to start development work.

In previous years, GSE Racing took delivery of full-developed race bikes from Ducati Corse and won the 2008 BSB series with Shane Byrne.
