Hill and Suzuki top first Mallory BSB practice

It’s early days, but Tommy Hill topping the first BSB practice session at Mallory Park on his Worx Suzuki debut made everyone sit up and take notice.

Hill led most of the session and finished up 0.31s ahead of Karl Haris on the Hydrex Honda.

Also impressive was Steve Brogan, making his debut on the HM Plant Honda in place of injured Glen Richards.

Brogan was only a tenth slower than BSB series leader Leon Camier  who posted the third quickest time – and only 0.59s off Hill’s best lap.
