Cadwell BSB: Laverty on pole for triple header

Swan Yamaha rider Michael Laverty will start this afternoon’s race at Cadwell Park from pole position after beating team-mate Tommy Hill during qualifying today.

Hill set the fastest time in free practice, but was unable to better his team-mate during the three qualifying sessions.

Tyco Honda’s Peter Hickman completes the front row in third place, beating both factory Honda’s of Shane Byrne in sixth and Ryuichi Kiyonari in 16th.

Relentless by TAS Suzuki rider Josh Brookes heads the second row in fourth ahead of Michael Rutter in fifth.
