Max Biaggi is the fastest rider at the end of the Valencia MotoGP test.

The Italian rider clocked the best time of 1:32.88 during the second day of testing on Thursday but couldn’t better it in Friday’s session after the bike developed a problem with front-end chatter.

Fellow Honda rider Sete Gibernau was the second fastest around the Spanish circuit setting a time of 1:33.20 on Friday followed by factory Ducati Rider Tory Bayliss 0.02 seconds behind.

World Superbike Champion Neil Hodgson got over his short first day to knock 2.5 seconds of his best time on the D’Antin Ducati Desmosedici finishing the test with a tenth fastest time of 1:35.15.

British Superbike Champion Shane Byrne was riding at the circuit for the first time. He spent the session getting used to the bike and track and testing a range of tyres and settings. Over the two days the Brit rider managed to knock over two seconds off his time to finish with a 1:35.30.
