THQ launches Moto GP 2 racing game

THQ has launched the latest incarnation of its motorcycle racing game Moto GP.

Moto GP 2 is being launched for Xbox and will provide the player with the ability to race against sixteen other riders on any of the 16 circuits form the official calendar. Players can also choose to ride as any of the series riders, ride on any of their machines, or even customise their own bikes and riders.

MotoGP 2 offers a number of different playing modes including stunt, GP, time trial, training challenges, tag, Live, multi-player, and single race. It is also one of the first games to make use of the new Xbox Live! Platform, which allows Xbox owners to connect their consoles together over a broadband connection and play multiplayer games against each other. You can also make use of the voice communication option to shout at each other when someone cuts up the inside.
