Ukawa in for Bayliss

Honda test rider Tohru Ukawa will ride at the Motegi MotoGP round as a replacement for the injured Troy Bayliss in the Camel Honda squad.

Ukawa will partner Alex Barros on the RC211V, having ridden for the Camel team in 2003 alongside Max Biaggi. In 2002 Ukawa rode for the Repsol team, alongside Valentino Rossi.
