New riders for Brit GP

The British GP is set to throw up some surprises on Sunday, July 2, 2006, with several changes to the regular ride line-ups for the weekend.

Not only is Michel Fabrizio riding on the Honda RC211V usually assigned to Toni Elias, and there’s a full contigent of British hopefuls, but the Malaguti Ajo Course team will consist of two new riders at Donington.

Regular riders Tomoyoshi Koyama and Alexis Masbou have both been ruled out through injury, and will be replaced by Japanese rider Hiroaki Kuzuhara, and 17-year-old German Georg Frohlic, who raced at the Assen round as a wildcard.
