Nieto moves to 250 GPs

Pablo Nieto will race in the 250cc GP class for the Wurth Honda BQR team in 2007.

The Spanish rider has agreed a one-year deal, with the option of a further season. He’ll be riding alongside Alex Espargaro as the pair both recover from surgery. Nieto has had a recent operation on his collarbone, while Espargaro has undergone surgery on his left thumb. The operation means he is unlikely to race at the next round in Portugal.
