Last time at Donnington!

For the third year in a row, against better judgement and past experience – spurred on by support for JT, another horror experience at Donnington.

Tickets for the Start/Finish grandstand – thats a stretch of imagination, block C was 400 yards away, at nigh on £50 plus the admission of another near £40, plus programmes + rip off drinks – diabolical quality food a “crack of Sparrow fart” start from home. Crowned by a two and half hour journey from car park to M1. I have now had enough ! British dis-organisation at its best coupled with piss poor toilet facilities – sorry for the pun, queues, smells – bring wellies gas masks and your own paper.

Next year will stick to Assen – better transport – free shuttle buses, covered stands, more – better large screens, cold beer, a PA you can hear – in English, better views, modern pit facilities, organised camping.

Can the MotoGP please go to Brands?! better all round. Finally shame about MotoGP not being on Eurosport next year, 1000 times better then the BBC – even with the adverts, better commentators with more knowledge and passion, better coverage with practice, qualifying and all classes and its LIVE.

With the BBC getting Grand Prix in 2009, MotoGP will be shunted into the post midnight twilight zone probably as 25 minutes of highlights on BBC something Is anyone at FIM, BBC or Dorna listening. If we do not shout collectively, then all this s**t – another pun – will take place again next year.
