Rabat and Lowes lead the way

Tito Rabat and Sam Lowes started the second half of the season by trying to start putting pressure on Johann Zarco in the Moto2 class. Both riders have fallen adrift of Zarco in the championshipn standings but on Friday at Indy they set the pace with Zarco fifth fastest.

Lowes has been struck down by tonsillitis this week and felt sluggish and tired on the bike but his pace was consistent in practice and in setting the second fastest time he was thrilled to have been able to be so competitive given his condition.
