Miguel Oliveira has taken the final Moto3 victory of 2015; a consolidation prize for the Portuguese rider after losing out on the title to Danny Kent.

Needing nothing less than a win to take the title, the Red Bull Ajo KTM rider battled from the very start in an impressive display, trading places with Jorge Navarro and Efren Vazquez for much of the race.

However, with a last lap lunge from Romano Fenati taking not only him but Vazquez and Niccolo Antonelli to the gravel, it was Jakub Kornfeil who was left to take the final podium spot.

The three-bike crash also allowed pole man John McPhee through into seventh, behind Brad Binder and Enea Bastianini, while Hiroki Ono and new champion Kent took eighth and ninth. Phillipp Ottel rounded out the top ten.
