Vazquez quickest ahead of qualifying

In the cool temperatures of the early morning Efren Vazquez set the pace ahead of qualifying with the Leopard Racing rider over quarter of a second faster than Niccolo Antonelli, Miguel Oliviera and Danny Kent. Kent struggled yesterday with a lack of front end confidence but having had his difficulties this weekend he’ll have to dig deep in qualifying if he is to start from the front row.

Brad Binder was fastest in the early stages of the session and finished fifth quickest on his KTM with John McPhee an encouraging eleventh.
