MotoGP: KTM launch fans grandstand at Silverstone

KTM fans will be able to enjoy their own grandstand at this year’s British Grand Prix to cheer on home favourite Bradley Smith and the rest of the Team Orange riders at this year’s race at Silverstone on August 25-27.

Located on the outside of the fast right-hand Abbey corner at the Northamptonshire circuit, the specially designated KTM and Bradley Smith grandstand will provide race fans with excellent viewing of the MotoGP action. With no additional charge over a regular grandstand ticket, prices start from £79 and KTM fans with a Sunday seat will have the additional bonus of receiving a free KTM goodie bag.

Included in the bag is an exclusive KTM T-shirt, lanyard, flag and earplug. For fans who have already booked to sit elsewhere at the event, existing ticket holders can contact Silverstone to move to the KTM Grandstand.

And, with the Red Bull KTM squad making slow but stead progress in the premiere class so far this year, Smith says he can’t wait to see the crown cheering him and the team on.

“It’s always special to race in front of my home fans at Silverstone but I’m even more excited about having a dedicated KTM and Bradley Smith Grandstand overlooking Abbey. We are making great progress with the KTM RC16 so come and support us on August 25-27 and let’s try and turn the place orange and make some noise!”
