With testing underway for the 2019 MotoGP season at Valencia after the final round of 2018 at Valencia, today saw a host of riders take to the track in new colours or for the first time. Heading up that list was Honda newcomer Jorge Lorenzo, still Ducati-contracted and in plain black, while the rookies were headed up by reigning Moto2 champion Pecco Bagnaia on the Pramac Ducati. The day also saw a new team on the grid, with Petronas Yamaha on track for the first time with Franco Morbidelli and Fabio Quartararo.
