McGuiness to race Superstock Blade at Ulster

Honda Racing boss Neil Tuxworth has told MCN that John McGuinness will  race Padgetts Hondas in the superstock and supersport races at this weekend’s Ulster Grand Prix.

With HM Plant Honda not having the budget to race their superbike at the Ulster and Padgetts committed to Ian Hutchinson on their superbike, McGuinness told MCN at Brands on Sunday that he planned to race a 600 and 250 at Dundrod.

That’s since changed because the Padgetts 250 has been despatched to the Isle of Man for the Manx so McGuinness will race the superstock bike as well as the supersport 600.
