Dunlop to race for BMW at 2014 TT

As revealed in MCN at the beginning of January, Michael Dunlop will ride for BMW at the 2014 TT. The 24 year old who won four TT’s at the 2013 event including the Superbike race parted company with Honda at the end of last year.

Having initially stated that he intended to take a racing sabbatical in 2014, Dunlop is now set to make a return riding for the German manufacturer. MCN sources have confirmed that Dunlop is meeting with BMW to finalise the deal that will see him race an S1000RR in the Superstock, Superbike and Senior races.
