Sam Wilson has taken his debut Ulster Grand Prix victory in the Lightweight class, taking 250GP glory ahead of Neil Kernohann and James Cowton, while Christian Elkin took the win in the concurrent Ultra Lightweight class from

Wilson was unstoppable on the 250GP class, winning on the Joey’s Bar Honda machine by nearly ten seconds, with Kernohan a further seven seconds ahead of the battle for third, with Paul Owen trading places with Cowton, who took the spot after an impressive run from the back of the grid.

In the 125GP class, Elkin took an even greater win, clearing off to leave the battle between Conor Behan and Nigel Moore some thirty seconds back in his wake.
