Hodgson fastest at last test before WSB begins

Neil Hodgson was on lap record pace when he went fastest at the WSB test in Valencia on Sunday. He put in a time of 1:34.01, 1.3 seconds under Ben Bostrom’s 2002 lap record.

Hodgson’s Ducati Factory team-mate Ruben Xaus was a tenth of a second behind Hodgson on Sunday.

Regis Laconi was third fastest with a best time of 1:35.391 and Chris Walker was fourth fastest at 1:35.460. Walkers team-mate James Toseland was two tenths of a second behind him at 1:35.664.

Troy Corser was eighth fastest overall, on the Foggy FP1. James Haydon, also on an FP1, clocked a fastest time of 1:36.640.
