Biaggi gets head start

Max Biaggi got a head start on his WSB rivals after testing his Alstare Suzuki at Valencia a week before the first official test.

In a high security, secret test at the Spanish circuit, Biaggi got just one day on the bike after the second day was rained off.

Although no official times have been released, MCN has learned that the Italian was within a second of the lap record.

WSB regulars will get their first look at Biaggi next week at the official FG Sport, Pirelli test in Valencia where Biaggi, Bayliss, Toseland, Corser and Haga will all be on track together.
