Monza WSB: Spies takes victory in Race 2

Yamaha rider Ben Spies took the win in the second World Superbike race at the Autodromo Nazionale in Italy.

Spies placed 15th in race 1 after bike trouble saw him drop back from the lead on the last lap.

Winner of race 1, Ducati Xerox rider Michel Fabrizio, had to settle for second place this time around. Ten Kate Honda rider Ryuichi Kiyonari placed third on a Honda CBR1000RR.  

British rider Jonathan Rea took fourth place for the Hannspree Ten Kate Honda team leaving Aprilia Racing rider Max Biaggi in fifth.
