Yukio Kagayama may have left WSB at the end of 2009, but he’ll back in the paddock for two rounds in 2010 onboard a Team Yoshimura GSX-R1000 in addition to his full time job of riding for the Worx Suzuki squad in BSB.

Kagayama has spent the last five years with the factory Alstare Suzuki squad during which time he netted four wins and a best championship finish of fifth place.

He also played a significant part in Troy Corser’s 2005 WSB win and has been instrumental in the bikes development during this time.

The 35 year old from Yokohama will race his Yoshimura-kitted GSX-R1000 in the fourth round at Assen in April and the final round of the series at Magny Cours in October.

The teams third wildcard appearance will be at Imola in September when Yoshimura regular and Suzuka 8-hour victor Daisaku Sakai will race the bike.
