Three time WSB race winner Lorenzo Lanzi believes that it could be his last chance in WSB after resigning to ride the DFX Corse Ducati 1098R in 2010.

The 28 year old rode for the Italian squad for ten races in 2009 with a best result of 11th place at Donington Park.

With 102 races completed including three wins and two fastest laps, Lanzi knows that he needs to recapture his early career pace in 2010.

“I am sure I still have something to show on the world stage on the DFX Corse Ducati  I’ve got another chance, maybe the last one, to show what I am capable of.

“In 2009 I only did a few races with the team last year, but I could see that the team was a professional one. With the experience I have I’m approaching it with the right frame of mind with the desire to race at the front again.”

Lanzi will now head to Australia for a pre season test at Phillip Island ahead of the opening race of the year on 1st March.
