Big discounts on Early Bird tickets for Silverstone WSB

As Silverstone prepares to host the British round of World Superbike Championship on 2nd to 4th August time is running out to get an early bird deal for greatly reduced ticket prices. The Early Bird offer comes to a close at 12 noon on Tuesday 23 July. While admission for children is free in non-reserved seats*, the ‘Early Bird’ offer presents savings against on the day prices of up to £35 on Weekend Tickets and £18 on Race Day tickets.

With just one more round before the series heads to Silverstone, Britain’s Tom Sykes currently leads the Championship, with Irishman Eugene Laverty in third. Brits Chaz Davies, Jonathan Rea and Leon Camier all feature in the top 10, while Leon Haslam’s form continues to improve after his return from injury, so there’s a strong chance that a British or Irish flag will be flying above the podium at the end of one, if not both, of the SBK races on Sunday 04 August.

Richard Phillips, Managing Director of Silverstone Circuits Limited, said: “World Superbikes is one of our biggest events of the year and produces some spectacular racing. The Brits have traditionally done well here at Silverstone and with so many of them battling it out at the top of the championship, I’m pretty confident the fans will see one or two of them on the podium. With this year’s round taking place in the middle of the school holidays, we are also delighted to be able to run our ‘kids go free’ offer for World Superbikes. It’s a fantastic event for the whole family and this is a great way of exposing younger fans to the excitement of world-class motorcycle racing.”
