YAMAHA R5 350

This bike was stored for over 40yrs by the parents of the owner who was tragically killed in military action soon after purchase, hence the low mileage. It was imported in 2020, the dealer cleaned & re-lined the tank, re-sprayed all tangerine/black paintwork, re-chromed the exhaust all to a high standard. New exhaust gasket, oil tank to pump hose kit, fork, gear shift & kick start oil seals. It was then MOT'd 7/9/21 at 1,280mls & UK registered 1/10/21 then bought by a collector who subsequently sold his whole collection in June 2022 when I bought it at 1,300mls. Since then I have had virtually all parts that could have deteriorated replaced right down to both crank seals exposing evidence of no visible wear on internals which leads me to think mileage could be genuine. New tyres, inner tubes & tape, the carbs properly cleaned & set up resulting in easy starting & running beautifully, probably like new. All invoices kept. The wheels, frame etc. have been left with their original very light patina to show how good the storage was.
