The fifth instalment of the Ride video game franchise will arrive on August 24, 2023 – allowing players to race the latest in motorcycling exotica on a series of iconic race tracks from around the world. Think Gran Turismo for bikes and you won’t be far off.

Although details remain limited, a 55-second trailer released on the official PlayStation YouTube channel shows bikes including the BMW M1000RR, Kawasaki ZX-10RR, Ducati Superleggera V4, and KTM 1290 Super Duke R being ridden to their limit on tracks including Brands Hatch, Suzuka, and the North West 200 road racing course.

A further inspection of the Ride 5 website shows that the game will be available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Steam, and more – with two player split screen racing returning alongside online multiplayer. Other bikes found in the game include the latest Suzuki Hayabusa, the MV Agusta F3 800 RR, and even Triumph’s beginner-friendly Trident 660.
