2010 MV Agusta F4 update: New F4 impresses on track

We’ve just been testing MV Agusta’s impressive, all-new F4 superbike on track at Almeria in southern Spain.

This is what MCN Senior Road Tester Michael Neeves has to say:

“I didn’t know what to think after my first session because it was very hard work around the circuit and difficult to change direction at speed. The technicians suggested we add 3mm of ride height to the rear shock and this completely transformed the handling.

"Now the F4 glides around the track with pin point precision, there’s lots of grip and excellent stability. It’s easily a big improvement on the previous model.

"My only grips are really the very high footpegs and the low screen which makes it hard for a six footer like me to get tucked in and move around the bike comfortably.

“All in all the new F4 has really impressed me and I can’t wait for the next few riding sessions.”
