Aprilia RSV4 Factory APRC Special Edition - full review

How many guys buy any bike these days and not change the exhaust no matter what the original looks like. I just ordered a new RSV4F SE, should arrive mid Dec 2010. The first thing I will do is put the Zard Titanium Exhaust on it off my current RSV4R and also my Austin Racing Carbon parts. Austin Racing also do nice Cans but the Zard to me looks and sounds great and weighs just 1.1kg and it's Italian as per the rest of the bike. Can't wait.

That said I think all the comments below are correct i.e. the RSV4F SE still not a great looking exhaust but an improvement on the RSV4R and Factory. Not certain but the new Tuono looks like it has the same Exhaust as the RSV4F SE, which is just another reason to change it.

A £17,000 bike and that exhaust still looks awful. Look at the new MV 675 exhaust system, or the neatly tucked away item that's used on the KTM RC8, those are smart looking systems that have had some thought put into their appearance. It might be a smaller tail pipe on this bike but it still looks terrible.
