Held 2-in-1 Gortex air and dry Gloves £134.99
Miles covered/time: 2200/four months
What’s good: With the unpredictable weather at the moment, these gloves seemed to be the perfect option. Somewhat quirky in their design, they are something I have never come across before.
How they differ to the conventional gloves we are all used to is the fact there are two compartments to put your hand into. Slip your hand into the lower compartment and you are in the unlined, ‘summer’ part of the glove, if you hold your palm up into the wind while riding along, the cool air can be felt on your hand.
Should the weather change while you’re riding, just stop and put your hand into the top compartment. This one now gives you the benefit of Gore-tex lining and blocking of the air holes in the Kangaroo hide palm.
These gloves have the usual Velcro wrist and cuff fastners, a visor wipe and reinforced knuckles.
The top part of the glove is mainly cordura and the bottom half leather. My favourite glove this summer!
What’s not: They do give a bit, so make sure you take your time and order the correct size, but that is the only thing I could say.
