Mission Impossible: Insuring Ethan Hunt's Speed Triple

It's a hard life for Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) working for the secretive Impossible Missions Force, keeping peace around the world for the past 20 years.

And when Ethan's not busy saving the world, he likes nothing more than to ride his 1999 Triumph Speed Triple, which he grew attached to after one of his missions in 2000, 17 years ago.

The bike was badly damaged during the mission, and it's been a long road to get the Triple back in road worthy shape, but he's finally managed it and he's ready to get out and ride again, once it's insured.

As a secret agent Ethan doesn't have a home address, so let's say he's currently staying in central London at the home of the MI6. The garage is full and he's been forced to park his beloved Triumph on the road.

Bearing in mind the nature of his work, Ethan wants fully comprehensive cover, nothing less, and the MI6 won't let him put it on their insurance policy. They know what he's like.

How much does it cost to insure a secret agent's motorbike?

After a lengthy rebuild, Ethan reckons his bike is worth £3000, and parked on the streets of central London with just a single lock (plus all his secret agent and martial art skills) keeping it safe.

The MCN Compare team returned a cheapest price of £1640.69. The most expensive option? That'll be £7530, Mr Hunt.
