The new Husqvarna 701 Supermoto, unveiled at the Milan Show last year, will be joined by an off-road variant, named the 701 Enduro.
The Enduro will be powered by the same 690cc single-cylinder engine in the supermoto version, which produces a calimed 67bhp. A 21-inch front wheel and 18 inch rear wheel replace the 17 inch items on the 701 Supermoto, with Continental TKC80s providing the grip off road.
The new 701 will also be available with a specific engine map which will reduce power to 41bhp for A2 lience holders.
The price has yet to be announced, but Husqvarna say the new model will be on sale this month.
MCN's Andy Davidson is currently on the press launch of the 701 Supermoto, so be sure check back to motorcyclenews.com later this week for his thoughts on the new bike.
