Junior Web Producer, James Archibald, tested the Caberg Stunt helmet (£139.99) over three months, across 1500 miles, here's how he got on...
What’s good? "This helmet offers a great spec at a reasonable price. It comes with a Pinlock insert as standard and the option to replace the visor via the easy-to-use screw mechanism. The venting on the helmetisincrediblyeffective, andthe lid also comes with a drop-down sun visor.
"I also like that the visor has tabs on both sides of the helmet so it can be opened with either hand, which is especially useful if you pull up to a set of traffic lights with the bike in gear and your left hand is busy operating the clutch."
What’s not? "The venting system is too effective, even when fully closed, and using the lid in winter leaves my head feeling like an icicle.
"The front vent is also not that well thought out; you push it in to open the vent, but to close it you have to push up on a tab which causes the helmet to rise up my head."
